2. Top-up your account using Scratch Card (scratch card can be purchased from here)

To top-up your account using scratch card, please create new text message on your mobile phone and type T*contract_number*PIN_code and send to 1111 (for Subscriber who uses Mobitel only) or 095999897 or 068337777

4. Top Up through Pay&Go (ABA) can be done by Web application on desktop or by Android application on Smart phone.

 

A. Payment for One TV through Desktop Application

     i. On the main page of the application choose TV and then ONE TV service

     ii. On the right it is necessary to key in the Client’s Contract No. in the Contract No. box and the amount of money in the Amount box.

     iii. To check if the Contract No. of your Customer is correct, please click Verify.

     iv. Click the Pay button and the amount you specified will be entered in Client’s account.

 

B. Payment for ONE TV though Android App. ‘PayGo Wallet’

     i. On the main screen window of the app. Choose the Payment

     ii. In the window ‘Service Group’ Choose TV.

     iii. Choose OneTV

     iv. In the window New Payment input your Contract No. in the Contract No. box and the amount of money in the Amount to Pay box.

      v. To complete your payment press the Pay Now button and the specified amount will be entered in your account of OneTV Services.
